Thank you for purchasing from Allyboost Ltd. This policy explains how we deliver both our digital and physical products. Please read carefully before placing your order.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (E-GUIDES, PDFs, TEMPLATES)

  • All digital products (e.g. allergy guides, starter kits, e-books) are delivered instantly via email after payment.

  • You will receive a download link to the email address you provide at checkout.

  • If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [Support@allyboost.co.uk].

Note: Digital products are for personal use only. Sharing or reselling is strictly prohibited.
All digital sales are final and non-refundable (see our [Refund Policy]).

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times:

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once dispatched

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard UK Shipping: 3–5 working days

  • Delays may occur during holidays, postal strikes, or extreme weather

 Shipping Fees:

  • Flat rate: £

  • Free UK delivery for orders over £

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you quickly.

 

 Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Courier delays or strikes beyond our control

  • Customs duties (if international shipping is added in future)

Shipping Disclaimer

While Allyboost Ltd strives to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products, we are not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Courier or postal service delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Customs or regulatory delays (if international shipping is introduced in the future)

  • Strikes, public holidays, or other logistical disruptions

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, the responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. We do not offer compensation for late deliveries, missed deliveries, or orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received.

Customers are responsible for verifying their shipping details at checkout. Allyboost Ltd is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.
